Zippo Lighter Royal Caribbean International Cruise Line 1997 ROYAL BLUE MATTE. Hard to see but looks like the lighter and insert have XIII.Will mail in a plastic zippo box. Great condition, appears not fired. Does have paint flaws on hinge and top of anchor. Some slight scuffs and scratches too.
